My Approach to Therapy

Whether you want to explore your behaviours and patterns to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, or looking for strategies to help regulate your emotions. I use Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) alongside Counselling and Psychotherapy to support you to improve your mental health and wellbeing. 

I am warm, empathic, authentic, I enjoy a good laugh and genuinely love listening to and supporting people who are going through difficult times. I hope that through the counselling experience you are able to feel a sense of regeneration, whether that is because you are open to learning new ways of coping and learning things about yourself or that you are starting to heal and move in a new and positive direction.
